Why is it ok then for Black people to use the word nigger and not for white?

You dont know every black person, and you probably dont listen to a lot of rap and hip hop music where black people freely use the word Nigger in their music.
I don't believe in all free speech, sorry!!! Just because you have a right to say something rude and offensive to someone....doesn't mean you should! And IMO...it's NEVER ok for ANYBODY to use the word...stop putting word in my mouth!!! Right...I don't listen to a lot of black music.....I prefer Smooth Jazz!!! Again....."Nigger" and "Nigga" are two very different words!!
