On the basis of a poke? Nah, doubtful. We have no proof she "fraped" our account, it could have been someone else but I have a hunch. She'd probably only make another anyway.

Worth a try but I'm sure the police have better things to do then sort out an old stalker who may not have technically done anything wrong. You can poke basically anyone on Facebook.
