What kind of $$$ does a butcher make?

I am 16 and have always enjoy learning the cuts and their values. I would like to know how well the pay is. If it is good, I will probably save up and start a local game processing business(basically a place where hunters/fishermen can bring anything that they either do not know how to clean or do not want to clean).

Ohh in Anchorage I'm sure you could do well that line of work.

It's going to depend on the economy up there and the years of experience. Why not go see if you can get a part time job in one to sort of learn what they do.
