Well here it is. Take one young dragon eviscerated and flayed! Place dragon on grill while you prepare the sauce.
Take several gnomes,undress them and boil. Eventually your gnomes flesh should come away from the bones,then remove the bones from your stock pot and strain the liquid through a chinois,after this is done add a quantity of demi glace or glace de viand, and reduce. About this time your young dragon should be approaching medium rare,if you prefer it could go longer. Remove from grill and sauce liberally with Gnome sauce,reserving the rest to plate the dish! Et voila! Roast young dragon in gnome sauce!
