It is a form of self hypnosis,which I do,not sure I would call it out of body!

i have,i dislocated and fractured my ankle and went into shock,the only way i can discribe it was like seeing a big open space,and its been snowing and the sky is full of snow,everything was covered in snow,and none of it disturbed,its the blinding white snow of that,and was watching the dr's resusatating me,apparently i had been gone for 5 mins
