Christmas Eve

Iam a odd duck my special day is Christmas Eve everything is so pretty on that day and when evening falls the tree and all the trim and songs its wounderful. I dont want the night to go a way.
Christmas Eve night is a very special night to me.

It is a special time. -Like anything could happen.

It's my favorite too; I favor it over Christmas day..

The atmosphere is so 'magical'..especially if there are kids around..the atmosphere is one of happy 'anticipation'..and that anticipation is a huge part of the charm..that coupled with all the wonderful smells, cookie, cakes, and pies baking and such..Christmas music, movies, 'sounds'..

It kind of makes you feel, just for that night, like you believe in Santa Clause all over again.

It used to be a wonderful time but as of the past few years it's either been a work night for me or my partner.

Last year my partner didn't let me and her mother celebrate X-Mas until two days afterwards. Good thing there weren't any eager kids involved. Lol.
