Washington Targets Iran

Washington has begun to seize "mosques and other properties owned by a non profit organization that Federal prosecutors allege is a front for the Iranian government." The Fed says that the organization "has been "directed by various Iranian oficials including Iranian ambasadors to the United Nations in violation of a series of American laws."
Was this a reflex from the Ft Texas incident? Or the three Americans held by the Iranians as spies?
If so why are the iranians at the UN not now in jail as spies for Iran?

These places were alleged to be raising money to help Iran build the bomb.
