Two girls and a man arrested over a homophobic assault near Trafalgar Square in London in which a gay man was killed.

Its pretty strange, trafalgar square is usually a pretty gay safe area seeing as the biggest gay club in london is around the corner and the pubs are 50% gay bars there.

Im afraid its your typical scrotes from the outskirts come up to the west end, drink too much and decide they are going to beat the s*** out of anyone who looks different or speaks different to them.

Very much so, Treebee. The assault itself took place at a time when there were a lot of people around and whilst the man was being attacked, nobody made any attempt to stop it. However, when the assaulted man's partner tried to grab one of the girls to stop her escaping, a passerby thought he was attacking HER and helped to to make her getaway.

Nobody made any attempt to help the man until the assailants had made their escape and then some persons called an ambulance and attempted to give first aid.

I have been out clubbing in central London many times and I know most of the gay and lesbian clubs in the area. it is, generally, a safe area for homosexuals and you are quite right in your assessment that this assault was carried out by youths from the suburbs who carried out a random attack while they were in the area. For the victim, this was a case of being in the wrong place at the wrong time.

Imagine an alternate world where man traveled into space to find all sorts of lifeforms and humanoids of all variety living very close to home.

All of them intelligent with much to share but being from different environments they were all aesthetically, sexually and culturally different.

Sure the six-eyed tentacle guy might look a bit odd but he's discovered the cure for cancer and the Hammerheads all appear to be alchoholics but they can tell ya quite alot about the history of the universe. And the blue women have the telepathic and empathic ability to soothe mental illness with mere heart and thought.

As long as this s*** keeps happening we might never get to experience that alternate world if it truly does exist. =L
