So, I live in a Coastal town - right up on the beach. But I wake up this morning and theres a layer of dust covering everything, I can't see the sun or any further than the house across the road.

I've never experienced a dust-storm in my life, and this is pretty crazy.

Apparently it's spread as far as Newcastle (6 hours north), Dubbo (6-10 hours west), Canberra (4 hours south-east) and largely through the capital, Sydney .

Anyone else experience this so far?

Bloody hell. Looks more like Hong Kong than Sydney.

How freakish. Is it still that way right now?

Was just listening to a report on that on the radio...since when has Sydney been the capital of Australia, always thought that was Canberra.

We had some very freakish weather a few months back. Hailstones the size of tennis balls, which is weird for the UK. I think some evil genius has a weather machine.

Isn't there a passage like this in the Bible...

Yes but it covers everything, plague, pestilence, war, storms, famine, depravity, lawlessness. Whoever wrote it had all bases covered.

So we've got at least 50% of the way there.
