If she's a puppy you can chalk it off to that. Jumping up and onto people is common and in the dog world, that's one of the ways dogs greet each other and play with each other. That's why she's doing it to you. The standard rule is to avoid letting her land on any part of you when she jumps. Push her away with your leg and say firmly "Off!" Walk away when she jumps. That's depriving her of contact with you and she won't like that. There are several methods. I would suggest avoiding the "knee in the chest" method. That can hurt your dog.
