Well, I use CoffeeCup Direct FTP and my server is something offered by Yahoo!. I share it with a friend. He had it when I met him and it's 50 MB of space (I think). The cost is around $9 a month.

If you want to upload your song onto the site, I recommend using a website called Mediafire:

Link

It's free and all you need to do is follow the instructions and click on the file and upload. It then gives you a link to put on your website, so all you need to do is copy and paste the link onto your website.

Hope it helps.

You don't need a server, you just need to click on where it says upload files, find your songs (I presume it's in MP3 format?)on your desktop and then click on upload. It will take a few minutes depending on your computer's speed but it then uploads them into a folder that has a url that you can simply copy and paste onto your website.

It's pretty simple to use, I'm not the most technologically minded but it works fine for me.

That sounds easier. I'll bookmark that site in case I ever have to transfer my files. Thanks, SOM.

Is it like photobucket and tinypic? photobucket always goes down. I hate that.
