What punishment for this 911 operator?

I have no idea what got into him on the phone, but obviously he knows he was at wrong. He wouldn't talk to any reporters or anything. Probably too 'proud' or even 'ashamed'. Not making excuses, he should be fired, but apparently it was just a mistake, not an everyday occurance. It's just harder to get away with a mistake in that line of business because it's the difference between life and death.

Not only that, but if you listen to it again, she didn't cuss till before, or just 'as' he was answering the call...it clearly wasn't directed at him.

Yes in lieu of having his a** kicked,he should be fired and loose his pension, along with jail time! What an anus,people get upset at times like that,what a prick!
