Last night, I had an odd dream;

First of all, I'm not me in this Dream, though the person I am doesn't even have a name.

So it starts out these three guys living on an island. None of them have names that are mentioned, nor any past history as to how they got on this tiny island. They live in a small 1-story house made of logs, the house consisting of 5 or 6 rooms. They're all young-ish, anywhere from 14-16. They're not brothers, but they consider themselves to be so.

Anyway, they were all making a meal of some sort, dinner or something, when these strange light-green to grey creatures with oval-ish heads and veins covering them run in, wielding strange spears. They attack the other two, while a brawny chicken-man of sorts comes and attacks the one who I am following. The Chicken-man slams my head into the counter and pricks me with a dagger coated in poison which knocks me out after a while. They lock me in a cage of what was my old room.

Of the other two, they take the braver one and make him a slave, while the more "heads down" type guy is locked in a similar cage to my own, except in the kitchen. He's there to provide amusement. They whip him with electrocuting whips and prod him with their spears, which also have electrocuting properties, when they're bored. Mostly this is done by the Chicken-man, who is in charge.

The invaders are doing some sort of mining or quarrying project. (I know, cliche, right?) I don't know much more then that, but I assume I know because the Braver one can move around, because he's a slave, and was able to tell me these things.

Here the brave one was forced to do push-ups by the Chicken-man for some reason, and then the Chicken-man flew through the roof.He then stopped, even though he was supposed to do more, and looked up to see if the Chicken-man was gone. The creatures didn't even seem to care, instead, merely looked up with him. Suddenly, the Chicken-man was coming back, and the brave one immediately dropped down and pretended he never stopped

Eventually, I have an opportunity to escape, because the guards weren't posted and the cell was accidentally left open. So I run out, and there's two of those creatures and the Chicken-man. The creatures, it turns out, aren't very interested in leaping against us, because they merely watch in interest as me and the Chicken-man start a small fight. In the end, he pricks me with the dagger again. In my period of consciousness before getting knocked out, I say that they'll make the mistake repeatedly until I escape.

Here, it skips to some time later, but two important things happen: The meeker one died, and a prisoner arrived on the island to quarry or mine or whatever. A Female of about the same age. Anyway, I'm suddenly right back in front of the Chicken-man, this time it's just me and him, no one else. This time I manage to get him in a headlock which also locked the arms in place, but he was already holding the dagger, and just managed to prick my hand. Suddenly, the brave one came in, with the Chicken-man not seeing him, as he was stooped over the sink, catching his breath. The brave one ran up, grabbed the dagger and pricked the Chicken-man. Once I woke up, we bolted out, running right into two guards escorting the female prisoner. We grabbed her and jumped into a raft that the creatures had and set off before any of them even realized what was happening.

Here, I woke up, but quickly fell back asleep. We were in the raft, all wearing cloaks. On our heads we wore strange breathing masks that we got on the raft. Three years had past. The girl was still weak from the drugs that the creatures had given her, and we hadn't seen land since the island. Suddenly, we saw a new island with a large golden-walled temple on it. We docked, hopping to find a new home at last. The brave one and I checked for danger, because the girl was, as I've said, weak from the drugs. She spent most of her time sleeping. We went in what looked like a sewer of some sort, and up the stairs. Much of the stuff looked vaguely familiar. Suddenly, Ghostly wails and screams were heard downstairs, we ran into the kitchen, which looked familiar also. The brave one called out, "Anyone there?"

Then, to confirm my suspicion of where we were, a ghostly version of the Chicken-man's voice called out, "Fools! Do you think you are safe!? Do you you think we will not kill you? Do you think we will not hurt you!? DO YOU THINK WE WILL NOT TEAR YOU!?"

And this is where I get off calling him the "Brave one". He called out, "HA! You think we're afraid of you!? COME! FACE THE MIGHT OF YOUR ATTACKERS!" (He's referring to us as the attackers because he's telling them that he'll fight back.) He apparently learned magic while sailing, so he did have a weapon to use against the spirits. I suppose this is why they didn't answer. Still, I suggested that we leave, and he agreed, mainly to get the girl away.

Anyway, about where we were: We were back on our original island, though some 100,000 years in the future. It was abandoned, and the Chicken-man wanted revenge for our escape enough to come back as a ghost when he died (Which was some time after our escape, I assume-remember, we merely pricked him with his knock-out knife; we didn't kill him) and await us to maybe return to the island. Talk about holding a grudge.

Actually, I think it was beacause most of the stuff I said was implied, rather then actually shown/said. Like were in a dream you just know something happens, without any it showing it.

Thanks for sharing that epic, Sazac. Do you play a lot of role-playing games?
If you start writing down all your dreams you would have material to write stories!
Good luck!
