Does dying your hair and putting on make up make you "fake"?

You change ur physical but never your personality!

whatever you done to hide or change yourself, your still you.

I would say these make you look different. In a way, you are using your face and hair as a canvas, so it is a means to express yourself not be fake.

I'd think a person was defined by a lot more than a little eye liner or a few highlights in their hair. Usually.

Calling somebody 'fake' is one of those throw-away insults that is hard to make sense of, which is why it offends so often. People often do their own heads in trying to work out what was meant by it.

To me, it's got nothing to do with appearance and everything to do with personality, and perception.

Whoever thinks you're fake and doesnt want to kick it with you because you dont wear your natural hair color or you put on a bit of lipstick doesnt deserve to be your friend. If they want to judge you on something so small, then what happens when you disagree on a more serious topic?

They are shallow and thats just about as bad as being fake imo.
