Evolution and God

Evolution is the process of species becoming better, stronger. Evolution is the weakest species dying out and the new ones coming in. I have studied biology many times. Some of it I don't agree with, but others I think are completely true. The part I don't agree with? That we were descended from monkeys. I know some of you aren't Christians, but those of you who are, I know you believe in Adam and Eve. Did Adam and Eve evolve from monkeys? God doesn't portray it that way. I am not trying to put down other religions or say that other people don't believe in God or don't have faith. I may repeat again that I am only stating my views.

Humans are not descended from monkeys.

Go back to school.

Exactly, we share a common ancestor.

Alright.. I'm checking them out. For the record, I don't believe in God.

From the first website, in the very first paragraph..

"Did life begin without a Creator or did God create it"

Therefore, BUSTED.

From the second website, in the first sentence.

"The Word of God says we were created with Human bodies that are designed to live forever."

BUSTED

From the third website, after the little nursery story about rocks.

"Well, it's faith isn't it? Either you believe in creation which requires a Creator, or you believe in evolution as a theory which ignores a creator."

There you go.. I believe in evolution as a theory which ignores a creator. So.... BUSTED

From the fourth website, first sentence

"In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth."

BUSTED

I'm afraid that you're running 0 for four with your "scientific proof".

FOR THE UMPTENTH TIME:

Humans DID NOT decend from monkeys.

If you studied bio like you said you did, you would know that.
I was just in the Evolution unit in Bio in April/May.

God has always had and always will be a fact for me. If I could stay on the forum all day and debate, I would, but I have a life outside outside the forum that I cant ignore. I am sorry if I hurt anyone feelings because I never wanted to do that. God bless ya'll!

Um why not? we have naturalistic explanations that accurately describe the phenomena we see in the universe.

Somehow links like those seem to get less and less funny as the amount of times the arguments are demolished increases.

Got to keep the facts straight, what you are talking about is faith.
