So, I want to lose 20 pound before May 4th.. Is that possible? I mean, I'm sure it's possible, but is it healthy?
And, does anyone have tips for weight loss I can put into effect immediatly?

I think it would be about 9 kilograms, but I'm not sure if that's a healthy goal or not.

What is that like 3/lbs a week? Sounds alright to me but im not an expert so don't quote me on that.

the best thing to do would be to eat right and work out - the easiest work outs i have seen are in seventeen (the magazine) every month they give a new work out and tips on how to be healthy and lose weight.

I completely cut out any kind of caffeine- especially diet sodas...and thats helped me

Safely usually for diets it should be 1 to 1.5 lbs per week. So about 4 or 5 lbs a month. In your case you want to lose more. It may end up harming your body. I can't say for sure, but you should probably be catious to changes in your body while you are trying to lose weight (changes besides the loss of weight) just be careful. If you do it once I don't think you'll have a problem but next time try starting earlier if you want to lose weight. And keep it off. If you are over weight.
