No toilet paper!!

Two men are occupying booths in a public restroom when one calls to the other, "There is no toilet paper over here. Do you have any over there?"
The second man replies, "No, sorry, I don't seem to have any either." The first man then asks, "Well, do you have a piece of scrap paper I could use?"
Again the reply comes: "Sorry, no."
The man is getting desperate now: "Do you even have a magazine or a newspaper?"
Now irritated, the man yells, "No! I don't have anything you can use!"
The first man pauses, then inquires, "How about two fives for a ten?"
