pain in my chest/ribs

i have a pain as if someones punched me in the chest just above my ribcage and going down to the left of my stomak any idears what this could be it really anoying me and hurts soooooooooooooooo much also had it since friday and doesent seam to be going away

ill handle this im a doctor, spin in a circle three times while saying your name backwards

this could be a serious matter just want some advice

I know nothing on the subject but on the back of ambulences they have an advert saying

'Chest pains? Its time to call 999'

could be any number of things.. i'd go see the doctor.

stress or anxiety? I know i've gone to the hopsital for chest pains, they told me I was to young to have anything wrong so depending on where you go they won't do anything for you but yeah run a test and then send you home with pills. have you been working out a lot or stressed?

but regardless you should go see the doctor or go to the hospital and make sure, they take these matters seriously so you should be taken care of quickly. goodluck.
