I think the best ways to exercise is to have fun doing it. I like swimming and badmington easy fun stuff like that lol.

regular work outs everyday at least for a good 2 ta 3 hours joggin swimmin bike ridin bnech pressin is really affective

Make sure that you don't burn yourself out to quick if you haven't exercised in awhile. Take it slow and work your self up to the level that you want to be at.

Be careful if you join a gym. They willl work you really hard so that you are sore and don't want to come back but then you are still tied into there contract. You want to enjoy working out.

Martial arts and bodyweight workouts are pretty effective if you want to get lean without becoming some kind of huge muscle-bound beast.
