It sounds like if you do end up dating the guy, that you will choose to be discreet about it. Do you know for a fact that this guy will be discreet also? It doesn't sound like you have known him for long. Is he trustworthy? Is he as keen to stay in the closet as you or will he tell everyone you are dating?
And if the girl who likes you finds out about this, can she be counted on to be discreet also? I wonder how loyal either of them will be to you when they find out about each other. Worth thinking about...be careful here.
I can't help wondering whether this has already goten so messy that you are better off meeting someone else entirely......
