Marriage has been a state right, do any of you think that this issue might be the "push" for the federal government to get involved?


Personally, I think that would be a disaster to try and federalize all the marriage laws, as they vary so much per state, and to do it just to "block" homosexual marriage seems discriminatory, to me. I'd rather it be something that everyone has to deal with equally, maybe I'm just an idealist.
