Suggestion for addition to kudos reason

I have wondered that very same question. I can give so many pos kudos till I get a little window telling me I have got to give some more to some body else . But negs are a whole different set of instructions with or without a comment or reason???

I have only negged two people, both were trolls that ended up getting banned or something cause they never came back.
