My cat, Salem, andf my dog, Buddy, keep eating dust balls/bunnies. It's really strange. They'll go behind/under furniture and pull them out and eat them.

Why do you think they do this?
And is there something I can to do stop them?

There is definitely something you can do..

Send them to my place. I have tons of dust bunnies that need taking care of.

Seriously, my big sister used to eat the rug pad when she was a baby.. My mother, obviously embarrassed by this 'habit' mentioned it to the doctor, and was told that it's perfectly natural for an infant (or an animal) to do things like that. He gave my mother an infants multivitamin and my sisters rug pad eating stopped immediately.

Perhaps they're bored, or maybe you need to switch up their food a bit. Either way, I don't see where eating dust bunnies would be bad for them.

I'm thinking they're just bored.
I'll send them to your place then.

My dog does that when he is trying to induce vomiting and is not outside to eat grass..... I dont like him doing either but eating dust and his own fur off the floor bothers me so much I take him outside to eat grass and puke when I catch him doin it!
