how do u put in links for other webpages

i am trying to put in a link for this webpage as a journal and i dont know how to do it.
i clicked on the globe thats says link and i tried but it didnt work and i dont know what they mean when it says url text i dont know what u are supposed to put there.

Click on the globe (insert link) icon.

Change it to say "url=https://www.theforumsite.com" then where it says URL text, what you want it to say.

what about at the end where it says [/url]

That is the close code. It has to be there for your link to work properly. Try one and see if that helps.

You can also just put in the whole address from the address bar and it'll still show as a link.

the globe symbol is only important if you want the link to say something in particular.
