Special herbs for St. Patrick's day corned beef..?

is there such thing as "shamrock seasoning", that you can use on your corned beef to make it sweet? this is of course for st. patrick's day?!

Sprinkle fresh chopped parsley over the beef and tell your guests it's a shamrock herb. They won't know the difference.

But I have to ask. Why would you want to?

A good pot of stew is as Irish as you need for St Patrick's Day

the truth is...i love the smell of shamrock beer. i want that smell to be a taste for my corned beef!
