u know these r gr8 tips, but the thing is if for example i tried wat u said, ill gain weight!! cuz my stomache doesntt take such big ammouuunnttt!
i find wat u already wrote is huge intake for one day
i started a week and half ago to eat normal break fast: which is small sandwish of cheese or labneh(labneh is something like yogurt but its more rockish than yogurt as yogurt is like water...)or thyme, with juice(could be carrot or pineapple or orange,,,)( i mean by a sandwish about 10 cm one lol as a maximum + in a lebanese bread which is different than normal bread u guys eat its much lighter...)
thats usually at 10:15am which is in school
and when i get home around 3pm i eat my normal lunch, and i dont usually eat dinner cuz my stomache doesnt take more than 2 meals!! (even if they r toooooo light )
and i exercise!
thats wat ive been trying and so far its working, i already lost about 3.5kg! and im wishing for more.. though i dont need much to lose but i feel more confortable when i do...
