Meh, I know it's old news but it's pretty bizarre. The good news is that she has learned to overcome the grievances of her husband, for surely he would want her to move on and be happy with life. Luckily she has found that special someone.

But is that seriously a true condition about being attracted to in-animate objects?

Boston Legal had an episode where this lady was attracted in inanimate objects.

It's quite a strange phenomenon.

Yeah, she's got a special someone now, alright! Her 'guy' -- most likely a wrought-iron fence -- now contains thousands of little phallic symbols.

Give me a break!

it's called objectphillia or somthing similar.
I wanted to study ti for my pyschology coursework, but i wasn't allowed.
It's usally women who find the attraction towards innanimate objects rather than men.

They showed a documentry on it in the UK a while back. Crazy stuff! This one woman was inlove with a theme-park ride called 1001 Nacht. If you're interested or in the mood for a good laugh, search 1001 nacht on youtube!

I also like when she said something like "The Great Wall of China is not as sexy as my husband was because he's too chubby" or something like that.
