I'm sure it is a good thing that this is happening however i have a question? I could be wrong as i am not a economic expert so bear with me on this.

My opinion is that the banks have not been very careful who they have lend money too and have themselves to blame on some levels (although seriously i dont know the ins and outs of it).

What annoys me is when farepak hampers went bust it left loads of people without the vouchers, hampers etc that they had paid for right before christmas, now the government didnt do any sort of rescue package for these people who had paid into something they trusted, so can someone tell me why the government will bail out the banks so easily but not look after the people who really need their help?

There could be a genuine reason that i am not thinking of so any replies would be appreciated.
