It always amazes me how racists don't see themselves as being racist.

Then this beauty:
:BlackWhiteSupporter, I have mixed opinions about your post. On one hand, I'm glad you are able to see things from our perspective and see why we need our own homelands. I am also glad that you have the ability to see things objectively and don't want to see us destroyed."

Dude, First Nations would be glad if you went (back) to "white" homelands.

It was only free if you were not female, black, or First Nations.

"Was" being the operative word. It hasn't been like that for a while now.

Of course being only 24 has nothing to do with NOT knowing a little bit about these things.

My age, which I'm assuming is what you're referring to, has nothing to do with it. Freedom comes with citizenship and the right to vote. Women got that freedom in 1920. Indians got it post-WWI (sorry, I can't remember exactly when it was. I just remember WWI played an important part in it). Blacks technically got it in the Reconstruction Era, but of course really won it during the Civil Rights Era. So at the latest, you're looking at 40 years since these groups won freedom. That's quite a while, and hence why "was" is the operative word.

And having been privy to it and continuing to battle injustices at my age is why "24" "was" pointed out.

You didn't say injustice though, you said freedom. There IS a difference. Freedom comes with citizenship and the right to vote, which all groups you mentioned have had for quite a while now. Injustice simply means being wronged, which has no bearing on whether or not you're free.

OK- your way. First Nations do not have the freedom to their own country.
