I do a variety of fitness activities (I almost wrote "variety of routines" then realized that was kind of an oxymoron! )

Over a week that includes weight training with bowflex and free weights, lots of walking including briskly walking two dogs, some dancing and exercise videos, and now I'm learning to run again with a walk/run program.

At 53, I'm in the best shape of my adult life!

I lift weights but I be weak...I can only lift 8 pounds...

I hate running more than anything but I do it anyway...

Yeah,pushups are the hardest,I do them last,after all my other sets.By then,I have little energy to do anything,but I manage.

I don't workout with conventional methods... haven't set foot in a gym for about 3 years now, and I'm in the best shape of my life.

I basically do a large variety of calisthenics, where my bodyweight is the resistance. Also do a little plyometrics, yoga, martial arts, etc.

Whatever I do in weight-training class, I also lift weights more now that it's offseason (I do it afterschool), along with the Squats, powercleans, and benching I do at home.

Plus I do swimming.
