Am I healthy?

im 15 6'2 and weigh 167pounds
i skip brekfast
I work out during football period at school doing weightlifting and ladders, boxes and such.
the first time i eat during the day is at 1pm. usually it is less than 500calories
after school i go lift weights for about 1.5hours
later around 6pm i have dinner. today it was 2oreos, a hotdog and a pear.
then at 7 i go running/sprinting for 1.3miles.
i go to sleep around 10:30 and wake at 6am.

skipping breakfast is a bad idea, and the seemingly one meal you do have seems less than ideal. seems you'll burn out that way in short time. And you're not getting enough sleep for your age, or any age for that matter, but especially for your age.

I drink beer 3 to 4 times a week. Sometimes more.
I chew about a can a day. Eat whatever sounds good at the time.
Am I healthy?

Besides doing the football thing and the weight lifting my day is exactly the same.

About as healthy as I am. Beer and chips are two main food groups, ain't they?

I don't eat chips. So I guess I'm missing one of the food groups. But if tobacco was one instead I'd be the fittest guy you know! lol

I kinda need to quit that. Nasty and expensive.

forgot to answer, well... I'd say you sound average for someone your height. But I'm not really sure...

I'd suggest a BMI calculator but those are not very accurate.

Why don't you just pack your bags and head for the hospital. You're just asking for trouble; sugar control, heart, digestive system. Your body can't survive on the poor quality of your diet. You have to eat a decent breakfast to sustain your weight and height. With vigorous exercise, it's only a matter of time before you're out cold on the floor. My brother was 6'2" when he was 13 and not overweight. If you don't eat enough for your height, the blood won't get to your heart. It may take a few years, but you're digging your own grave. You also need a larger intake of fluids. Its just a matter of time.

You're doing a lot of healthy things throughout the day... but you would get so much better results in the gym if you got on the right kind of diet.

If thats really what you're consuming on an average day as far as food... and you do that much physical activity...sooner or later you're gonna crash

This probably sounds stupid, but your body is like a car... and food is fuel....how much farther you think you can go on fumes?
