Basically i want to lose weight but i dont want to do it the unhealthy way!! I want to know if anyone knows anything that will help me i dont want to lose much i just want to lose my belly!!!

You drink soft drinks?
Or beer?
Or any kind of drink like that?
If so, stay off of those for a while and you will see some improvement.



Or fast food, stay away from that.

i exercise...where i live all you can really do is go walking and things i live in the middle of hills where there is nout else to do! you know of any good diets that will help?

You don't want a "diet." Diets are silly and never work because they're too restrictive.

You just need to eat fewer calories, basically. Keep track of all the calories you eat every day. This will really really help a lot.

Ideas to eat fewer calories:

Don't drink sodas or juices. Avoid sugars in general. Eat whole grains, fruits, and veggies. Avoid things that are fried.

Diets don't help.
Eating right does.



Eating right and using a diet are two completely different things.

i think am goin to have to become good at organising to write down how many calories i eat a day...im goin to reduce meal sizes i thik that might help??

blackcurrent is a cordial drink its made from real fruit jusices and you just add water to it so its not soo strong.

Yes, absolutely. Portion control is the single most important tool you have.

It takes a lot of discipline though. Best of luck to you.

Yes, that will help. Healthy snacks and smaller meals! Make sure if you drink juice, it's 100% fruit juice.

Edit - Drink lots of water too!

im a ballet dancer and i have to follow a kinda good diet;
dont eat any white pasta sauces; do fried foods; you can bake your fries and their better for you; no chips and stuff like that;;

The problem with fruit juices is that they're loaded with sugars and, therefore, empty calories.

Try eating a piece of fruit instead of having a glass of juice. More satisfying, healthier, and way fewer calories.
