Balance is the key issue to address. Too many men is wrong because the female psyche cannot complement the male´s, whereas too many women denies the male psyche its rightful place.

I am unable to say that men and women share equal responsiblity here. There are too many men in key positions and too many women working in hairdressers, supermarkets and retail stores to make a strong impression. Why this is in the 21st century, I would really like to know.

I prefer working WITH women, and working FOR men.

When I'm working with co-workers I prefer them to be females. When I'm working with guys I feel a certain need to prove myself, I need to talk about something they would find interesting too, and I feel really aware when I have to ask for help or advice, or even when I want to correct something they are doing - whereas when I'm working with females it feels a lot easier to add comments or concerns, and to just crack on and work.

HOWEVER, I prefer having a male boss. In my experience men who are my boss are more understanding and more reasonable - I've found that women who are in a powerful position find that they need to prove themselves (and rightly so I suppose because of sexism etc.) and they tend to be a bit "power hungry". I've found that they are less understanding if you've made a mistake and are less likely to step down and actually help out with tasks that are "beneath" their employment position.
But then, these are just my personal experiences, I'm positive that there are examples of these things happening with both genders.

I'd prefer to work with blokes, I especially prefer male bosses as I personally feel women seem to be far harsher, maybe because they feel they have more to prove.

I guess it depends. Annoying people come in both sexes. In general , i have always found male bosses to be be easier to work for though than female bosses.
