Recently I have been theorizing and searching for logical reasons why racism has always existed in our world and in some cases still does today. My first theory is that racism is not something embedded in human nature, but rather in some cases it is either learned from an early age as intelligent beings or just a personal choice. However, I do recognize the fact that not all people are this way. My second theory is that maybe racism is not evil. Take The White Supremecy and The Black Panther groups for example, is there something wrong with the way that they believe or as as human beings, it is naturally coded into our DNA to oppose "the opposite" and ensure the genetic survival of our own race?

When it comes to major issues such as race, science, politics and religion I tend to habitually ponder about the cause and the effect. Anyway, I just would like to know if any of these theories could be correct?

Racism is not something we as humans are born with. However, we are born with a natural propensity to categorise objects and sort our world into distinct groups. While this process of categorisation can be extremely useful, it is not at all representative of reality, where every object and every person is totally unique. More harmfully, it is a tendency which makes humans extremely prone to prejudice and racism.

You don't need to be angry or hateful to be racist.

Not overtly no. It's something based on a deep cold anger inside. A conscious decision to reject someone's humanity. It shows through every now and then with racists. You can see the mask drop at odd moments. They can look calm but get them at a demonstration and they're completely different.
