Fried bread, bread pudding, sardines or tinned pilchards on toast, cheese ans tomatoes on toast, poached eggs,cheese and onion on toast is my fav.

I'm considering french toast (eggs and milk beaten in a bowl, dip the bread in and put it in a frying pan), but I'm not sure.
Any ideas - with instructions though!

Oh, and I don't care how many calories it has.

You can try this procedure:
beat eggs lightly with fork. Stir in sugar, salt, and milk. Dip each side of the bread into the egg mixture. Transfer bread to skillet and let it cook in a medium-low heat until bottom is golden brown.
