Heh heh, I wish. I got disabled and had to finish my enlistment as an 88M (truck driver, or Military Transport Operator as they were calling it back then).

I served with C co, 4th Battalion, 502nd Inf reg, 101st Inf Div.
Best (and worst) job I ever had. I tried when still enlisted to get us to be able to buy our own ammo, if only the Army would allow us to fire more often, but was denied.

Ive thought about it alot gonna go to OCS if I can..

you still have time to think about it. I would just go to college and try to get a good job. Military as last resort.

I kind of think that it would be fun to go to a shooting range, or maybe one day own a gun for protection. I also think though, that knowing my luck, I would end up on the news one day as the crazy b**** who shot the delivery guy, because I was still scared from the scary movie I watched the night before.
Yes, I will probably stick to the game Duck Hunt instead....less skidly consequences.

But shooting a plastic controller gun at a robber/rapist will not have the same effect. lol
