Older kids ganging up on youger kids

My 9 year old son beat up two kids in grade 7 they were after him since summer and he doged and hid ect.
But last night right after school he had enough one got a bleeding nose the other punched around the parent of the one whos 13 year old got the bleeding nose demanded an apology?
After the 13 year old called us crying.
lets see they were terrorizing my son since summer they got what they deserve.

yeah,we went on holiday the day after,he had a really white patch,wore a hat for weeks,poor kid,hate bullys though

Same I hate them too but my son dad side are fighters 3 brothers stick with each other and my sons cousins have helped him in the past they cought him alone and now a 14 year old boys mommy wants an apology.

And he was forced to apologize in school this morning.For defending himself

Since summer, that's a long time. Just because his parents made him call does not mean it will stop. I think since he was forced to apologize for defending himself, a parent teacher conference should be arranged. The school should have not done that.
