---What a d*** cop. I can understand saying "hey, prove your wife is pregnant" but after seeing that she is, the cop should have escorted them to the hospital, not gone back to his car so he can right them a ticket.

The cop didnt do anything wrong technically but he didnt have to be a d*** either. Then again they shouldnt have been using that lane. If labor was that bad they shouldve called an ambulance but obviously it wasnt as baby wasnt born until 5 hours later.

Well, he sure as heck shouldn't have been making them wait while he wrote out another ticket first. Why was he trying to deal with two different situations?

Maybe if they got to the hospital, and if she wasn't really in labor then ticket them. The break down lane is for emergencies, being in labor is an emergency. I would think.

Being in labor isnt an emergency unless you are in the final stages and/or there are complications. Which there could have been...I still agree he was a d*** cop.
