I wondered where you got the list from. But definitely the Wicca one because there are plenty of groups of people getting a far harder time of it so I'm wondering where any of this information came from.

Well, it's all down in recorded history. There was a time when Christians were persecuted because of their faith, the Wiccans were hunted during the Salem witch hunts, African-Americans faced slavery and then unequality sparking the Civil Rights movement, Jews were tortured by Hitler's men, women were not allowed to vote, gays had to almost hide their sexual orientation from society(quite the opposite now)and now us.

Right, I thought (because I've not been paying enough attention, slapped wrist) that you were talking currently, hence the confusion. I don't think that the Salem witches were organized into a group such as Wicca at the time. Neither were the witches in the British Isles. Some were wise in the way of herb use and midwifery and so on. Having said that I know large numbers of women and men were persecuted and killed. Thanks for the clarification, excuse my confusion,please.
