DVD and print screen

If I put a DVD in my computer does the print screen option still work? Can I just push print screen and make a desktop back ground with it? The DVD movie screen is on full screen though. :dunno;

Download VLC and use that to play all your videos and DVD's. That has a snapshot option to take a picture.

I agree. VLC has the snapshot option.

It wont work I'm afraid. It might look like it has but when you open the saved file it is just whatever was behind the DVD playing application (your desktop for example). It's as if the DVD player turns see-through as soon as you try to print screen!
As the other posters have said just use VLC's snapshot button.

Ok then is VLC a free program? If so how do I get it?
