thankyou princessk1990 yes that is very helpful i guess the best thing about getting something like this so young is it means it should be easier to change and make more lifestyle changes sooner thanks again.

You shouldnt have to change what things you do, and wat things you enjoy, but you having it young gives you time to find out your limits.
