Dewey Defeats Truman" II ???????

Maybe this is a normal practice for this news paper , beings it is a twice monthly paper
I have never read it because it's from up Northren New Mexico and I live about 200 miles South of where it is sold.

It sounds like they were predicting the winner, and officially giving thier endorsement to Obama. The article afterwards was pretty clear in that.
And either way if they are right its a collectors edition paper for being the first, if they are wrong, it is collectors issue for being wrong.

A really bold move for a small bi-weekly paper with a small circulation.

They based the decision on the Scholastic election, among other poll and such. They also ran a long piece detailing various other newspaper endorsements.

I think some crappy newspaper got a lot more press than it probably deserves.
