Do people find it hard to get an electrican for their domestic work?

Quite expictedly the construction trade has gone down with the credit crunch, but people still say that it is hard to find an electrician.
What do you find and think?

i know a site that you can offer your skills and trade them for others eg if you need something doing it also offers you the chance to barter with them plus loads more stuff.. if your interested let me know as i cant plug any sites but maybe point you in the right direction, also its all totally free to join no catches been getting loads of jobs of it and not cost me a penny.

i think ill start a new thread under the uk called help yourself and help others.
