I will say one thing about this and one thing only. It goes under the same category as the threads of ignorace, stupidity, bigotry, and mockery. In this case, mockery, like the others, it must be ignored.
Bad threads are like bad commercials. Any attention and they stick around. Even the bad publicity is good publicity, because it's attention. But, like bad commercials, you ignore them, and they go away. Don't post, and just let it slide on down the list of ignored threads to an abyss of obscurity.

Do you not think assigning your God a gender and family tree cheapens the concept and proves its human origin?

To me God is a cosmic conscience. It was born with the death of the first true man. That is why scripture says that God is in our image.

I wrote this thread to show that the idea of some alien entity coming to earth to impregnate the wife of another man after giving us the rules of one man one wife, is just plain stupid.

If God is of some other species instead of a man then the act must be seen as bestiality.

God does not do humans.

Elsewhere in scripture it shows God angry with His evil angels doing human women and precipitating the flood.
Why then would God follow the example of crossbreeding when He did not like the issue of angels and woman? He would not.

We are natural animals. In the natural world species do not cross breed.

The God of ants is an ant.
The God of lions is a lion.
The God of men must be a man.

Yes they do. Obviously different species never produce fertile offspring, but there are many cases of infertile offspring such as mules being produced from the mating of different species.

Do not idealise nature. Nature is something we must distance ourselves from in order to be moral.
