help, i reinstalled windows and reformatted hard drive and now i dont have speake

i have altec lansing powered audio system vs2321 and need the driver so i can make my speakers work... any help would be greatly appreciated.

try googling it, a lot of sites give driver downloads

I don't know if this will work for you but yeaturday I had a major melt down and my computer had to be reformatted and my speakers would not work. Shutting down the computer did not work so I had to unplug the computer and the speakers and everything. After plugging it back up and restarting it worked. I did'nt have to download the drivers. It might be worth a try.

happens to me all the time, u need 2 re-install ur sound card, use the disks tht came with the pc, mine was called "soundMAX" something or other, but u need 2 reinstall ur sound card.if u cant do it, phone up the manufacturer of the pc and they'll most likely talk u through how to do it. should only take about 20 mins. i used to think it was my speakers.

My pc has on board sound, but when I had my pc fixed by a mate some time ago I tcame back working, all except the sound. I havent a clue what to do with it. I'm not very technicaly minded

neither am i but i try and sound it haha, u just need 2 re-istall ur sound driver basiicly
