Situps and crunches 10 mins a day, in the morning.
Dumb bells/ Weights - 5mins
And a 1200 metre jog round the stadium XD

stair master - till i give up

bench- 3 sets of 10

dumbell curls -3 sets of 10

hammer curls - 3 sets of 10

barbell curls - 3 sets of 10

tricep pulldown - 5 sets of 10

butterflies - 3 sets of 10

thats usually about it ... my goal is jsut to et ripped , but instead im getting really bulky, its kinda annoying, and im also on one of those platues

Yeah, that happens to a lot of people, all you can really do is bulk up a little bit past your target weight, then trim down using CV to get rid of excess fat IMO, it depends on your body type, mine on the other hand ain't designed to bulk up too much so I've always trained for more of a Bruce Lee style body, rather than an Arnold S. type.

Monday to Friday I do intervals in the morning, although I'm gonna switch this to swimming I think, I'm a poor swimmer and I want to improve on that. Then it's off to the gym in the evenings, leaving the weekends to booze away and play around on the internet.

aah i see... yea im natural a solid/bulky guy soo i find it hard to tone up.. what does CV meen?

cardio vascular. as in aerobic type exercise,which means `with oxygen`. As opposed to anaerobic(weights) which means without oxygen.
