Probably not. They're less than 10 calories per cracker(for saltines, generic brand)

Define "fattening."

Anything, and nothing, is fattening by itself.

Yes they are. My crackers have 70 calories per every FIVE crackers. 5 crackers aren't really going to do much for you hunger-wise. THere are many better options. Also, crackers are wasted calories....nothing particularly beneficial to you in a cracker. Oh and how many of you will actually eat only 5 crackers?

Umm if i just eat a few crackers as a snack will it ruin my weight loss?

No.

You want to be keeping an eye on your calorie intake if you're trying to lose weight. It's hard to say without knowing anything about your current calorie intake, but you should probably be shooting for about 1300 - 1700 calories per day for weight loss.

It almost doesn't matter how you get those calories, but you really want to be getting them from healthy, nutrient-rich foods like fruits, veggies, and whole grains. Sugars (soda, candy, fruit drink), simple carbohydrates like crackers and white bread, and foods with lots of fat are things to avoid.

Any kind of crackers can be fattening depending on how much you eat. You can eat anything in moderation, anything. Everything is fattening but our bodies needs fats, sugars and a little of everything.

Totally agree. Just that most people seem to have a major problem with moderation. In all seriousness, who actually eats 5 crackers or the suggested serving size of most foods?

If you really want to eat crackers without so much fat... eat those low fat trisket crackers or what ever they are called! YUMMY!

there is no food that is not fattening. Fruit is , veggies are. Everything is fattening if you consume too much of them.
