I have had this malware software for a good 7 months now but I have found that it just hijacks your computer the moment I go on the internet, near enough everything is locked up for at least 15 minutes, and those that you can access is going at a snails pace...it's so irritating to buy a program that you think will help your computer run smoother, only to find that you have given your computer a pair of divers boots to walk around in, there! I've said it...

anyone else given there computer the freedom to go diving for fifteen minutes without your permission?

Sort of Figured that by the Amount of points...And G'day.

Does the malaware have a firewall???.If it does...go into your System and see if the Windows Firewall is turned ON,if it IS turn it OFF and try that??????But make sure your malaware Firewall is ON when you do it.

Thanks Rider! it has an onguard system in place...cookie guard, file guard, keylogger guard, browser guard and other various guards that are all active, the point of switching them off seems to negate there being there in the first place, because if I switch them off that will leave my computer vulnerable to attack.

thanks for answering Rider!

I wouldnt use that. Spybot Search and Destroy, Adaware and Spyware Blaster. They work well.

The onguard is just set to either on or off....I have it set to on! I don't think there is a middling ground with it.
