Probably about as much diplomacy as will be necessary to put oil under the country. Then, you can be sure, a swift invasion followed by many months of a militial war with local civilians will follow.
Ah, and during the war, Marines will be sure to knock down all the existing infastructure in the country, whatever it may be, ensuring the reconstruction contracts bidded - or, sorry, given - to American companies will be as lucrative as possible.
And yes, civilian deaths are ok but abortion is not. Life is unimpeachable, isn't that what Bush says? Unimpeachable if you're a cell structure in a woman's stomach, unborn as they say, but not if you're a man living on death row or in the gaza strip. Then we'll impeach the s*** out of you.
Bush likes that death penalty, but not for things that have not yet turned into people. I'm beginning to understand. If you're the right kind of criminal, you should die rather than be given a chance at rehabilitation. If anything, Bush's life should serve as a note on this very point: had he just been put to death or incarcerated as opposed to be given another - and another - chance for those coke charges, or maybe one of his few DWIs, the world would be in better shape. But I suppose, at the time, he supported a different way of dealing with people who live outside the bounds of pesky things like laws...
