What's your favourite Final Fantasy game?

I swear by Final Fantasy IV. I think that one game can pretty while define the series as a whole.

I would have to disagree that X had the best love story I think VIII did.


Thusfor VIII is my favorite FF. Rinoa being Ultimecia and the story was sooooo complex I loved it.

As of lately I have rely come to appreciate XII after doing all the quest getting all the weapons etc XII is rely a treat. I played on Sylph on XI and spent a gr8 time of my life I will never forget on there.

Now where does that leave me? Excited as hell for Versus XIII

My favourite is x because it seems like the land is all one big community. There are the religious, the atheists, the sports, the fans, the kids, generally the whole feel to the game

Auron: Badass, but doesn't seem like so when you see flashbacks of him younger.

Wakka: Cool dude. I like how he continues to question his faith throughout the game and his dislike for al bhed fits in well.

Yuna: A good heroine. Mysterious to tidus at times, but always willing to educate him of stuff in spira he's not familiar with.

Lulu: The cold heart keeping reality in wakka.

Kihmari: Strong silent type. I like his dedication to protecting Yuna.

Tidus: A good hero. Passionate and longs after Yuna, desperate to save her when he finds out how yuna has to defeat sin.

Rikku: She contrasts in well when wakka realises she's al bhed. She makes it so that there is people of every race in the party apart from the guados.

I have to disagree while FFX-2 may not do the series much justice....did it make it a bad game? No way. I actually enjoyed x-2 the gameplay was actually good and more fast paced....im sorry but the whole mob waits for you to attack lacked realistic feeling. Also seeing how I despised how X ended X-2 was a good way to well see a happy ending.

I have to agree with the masses and say VII, simply for the huge amount of stuff to do in disk 3
